With a proven track record of successfully leading teams to achieve organizational objectives, they work together in increasing efficiency and profitability, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.

Michelle is skilled in leveraging resources and developing effective strategies to maximize growth and success. She is passionate about engaging communities and advancing social services. She does this by leveraging the “why” in people’s commitment to their organizations or to the clients they serve.

Michelle is and has been an Executive Director for non-profits in the Fraser Valley and has many years of experience with operational leaderships in both for-profit and non-profit environments where fiscal responsibility, excellent client/customer service and organizational excellence are a given. Using change management skills, she has created cultures of positivity and operational effectiveness.

Briana Lachance, PHRi – HR Specialist & Consultant

A seasoned professional specializing in Union Bargaining and Internal Investigations. With a PHRi (Professional Human Resources, International) designation, they have played a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures and are known for their ability to provide strategic HR guidance to senior management, contributing to organizational growth and stability.

Briana’s expertise includes negotiating labour agreements, facilitating grievance resolutions ,and implementing strategies to enhance workplace productivity and employee satisfaction. They have successfully led negotiations with various Union representatives, demonstrating a deep understanding of collective bargaining process and labour relations.

They have a proven track record of handling sensitive employee matters with fairness and discretion, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maintaining workplace integrity.
